New column???

Just got done with installing my column there's a plug that I don't remember With a brown black and orange wire going to it is this for the factory alarm which I don't have

I'm going to assume you are referring to the wires that are circled in red of the pic.
Some Regals came with cornering lights in the fenders,those are what the extra wires control.If your car is a GN,it didn't have them,so don't worry about it.
