got my my first buick a moth ago and have been reading on here for a while the car is all stock would like to get it in the low to mid 12's i know to do pump and hot wire kit first ,what next.thanks

get a scanmaster 2.1, makes sure everything looks good. along with that pump and hotwire, a good chip will help, along with an adjustable fpr to help adjust fuel accordingly. A set of injectors is always nice, stock stuff is really old these days. A 3" down pipe & good exhaust, a little more boost, and your there.:)

Congrats on the new car and welcome aboard.
Exactly what TURBOELKY said. Here some more mandatory sites for you, as well as a very good source of info.
Turbo Regal Web Site
The Grand National / T-Type / Turbo Regal Buick Spring Cleaning Guide

Here's another good source for reading material by Mr URL Chad Schwartz.
Some of it is dated by todays technology, but still worth reading to memory.

Tech Tips and Info

Also, don't ever be afraid to ask questions on here. We all realize there are new owners coming on here for the first time everyday. This site has been the source for excellent information on these cars for the past 9 years. We all know what it was like to be a newbie with these cars. We're all here to help.
You will soon find out that mid 12's with one of these cars when properly tuned and with the right combination of parts is the norm with todays technology. I can't preach hard enough the value of a good scantool like a Scanmaster or Full Throttles new Power Logger. I like the Scanmaster as a getting to know the car and learning how to tune the car 1st scan tool. Then once you have perfected using it, step up to a lap top based datalogging capability scantool and you're good to go.
Let us know if we can help you and again, welcome aboard.
