Ran my personal best of 10.06 @135 with a 1.45 60ft. My combo is in my signature. But here is a basic rundown.
Te45a turbo .63 ar precision housing
Launching on 10#s and running the turbo @ 29#s
Ported gn1 heads
206roller cam
Trw forged pistons 8.3 compression
Stock rods with arp rod bolts
Stock crank
2 billet center caps
Stock headers
Ally control single nozzle with 93 octane
Eastern front mount intercooler
3 inch terry Houston down pipe
Dave Husek 3521 converter
Dave pro plus transmission
Moser fab 9 with 3.50 gears
275 60 15 drag radials on 13psi of air.
Xfi tuned by Cal Hartline
Car weights 3800 with me in it.

Drove 65 miles to the track with the ac on ran a 10.0 and drove back. All in all a good day.

Not to bad for a cast wheel, journal bearing turbo.

I made a total of 3 passes. But the engine was built around 20 years ago. And has about 15,000 miles.

Thats impresive to run that quick with a 3800 lbs car/driver on a low compression engine (8.3:1) , small cam profile (206), old school TE45a turbo with .63 turbine housing , with only a 1.45 sity foot, 10 lbs boost lauch and 29 lbs of peak boost, 1/8 mile 6.39 @ 110 mph, 1/4 mile 10.06 @ 135 mph on a none stroke stock bottom end engine with 15,000 mile on it since the last engine build.

The question I have; what was the DA, temp and track location. Congrats and I hope you get into the 9 second range with that combo.

I’m not sure what the da was. I would have to check it out. I ran that time at Island dragway in New Jersey. I’m going back in September when it gets cooler out to hope to get that 9 sec slip.
