i guess ill post this in here since the dragracing section is pretty quiet. well I took it back to the track tonight and im pretty glad i did lol. I was having a bad feeling today especially after yesterday the bolt that holds the thermostat housing decided it would pull out of the intake and take the threads, thermostat housing, hose and thermostat with it haha, but after a helicoil all was well (i was using too short a bolt and only had 2 threads)

My first run was 21 psi, with my new hoosier 28x9s.

60... 1.682 (forgot to put air in the bags and spun)
330... 4.784
1/8... 7.424
1000...9.712
1/4... 11.660
mph... 115.2

well after being told the 11.50 rollbar rule is for DOT tired cars only i put the nittos back on and just ran it for fun, with a best of 11.76 at 115.9 and crappy 60 fts and the humidity just kept rising. But im really happy with the 11.66 and think once the weather cools off it will go alot faster. This is still with my 19* street chip and it was 90 or so degrees with what started off with only 70% humidity but by the end of the night it was around 95% or so. There were more than a few people that commented that the car really looked like it was haulin ass (no times shown its street night) just thought id share

Good times! With colder air that car should be close to low 11s. Those little TE44s are stronger than a lot of people realize and perfect for the street.

i tend to agree im really impressed with the 44, im considering upgrading to a .85 housing on it for a little more topend, but i still think in colder weather with more timing and locking the TC i can see a 118 trap which is my mph goal, 11.35 is what id like to see ET wise but that will take a pretty good launch and some low altitude density
