Just bought TTA #186 with 37K on it...wish I would have found this forum before I bought it...wondering if I got a good deal...paid 11K, needs new spoiler, drivers seat repaired and hood painted (few good scratches and dings)

That is a good price for the most part. The seats are big bucks to fix. I would think you would need $2K or so into that car to fix the little things. That could be on the high side. But you know how car repairs always cost more than planned. ;)

Congrats . . . I'd say you got a good deal on that. I paid a little more for a 50K mile car with same problems, except for the hood, last year.

BTW: All the OEM spoilers cracked. Find a fiberglass one (I'm currently looking for a local one).

for the seat just get a good local shop to fix it .. I know for a fact there are still "tan" cow's out there

Paid $10,700 for mine with 37k also. It also needs the rear spoiler, seats are good and has had paint work before so it looks real shiny. Drove it almost 2000 miles to get it home. Welcome aboard, these cars are a blast!!
