I'm getting ready to replace the rubber weatherstripping on each door and around the door frame. also the exterior rubber at the bottom of the glass on top of the door. Whats the story on installation of that exterior piece on top of the door?

Pretty sure you have to pull the window out to get to the screws to R+R the outter belt molding.

You can do it with the glass still in there.
If you remove the top door panels, you can free up the 2 brackets that push the windows out. I suggest you mark where they were before you move them so you can put them back in the right place. You'll need one of those weird little bent screwdrivers to get to the middle screws. You'll also need a bit of patience.
There are 5 of them. Buggar is that the replacements I got didn't have all the holes drilled in the right place. So now there are only 4 screws holding mine in. Don't tell. ;)
