What are your goals? Do you race it? Or is your car a daily driver, weekend cruiser, or.......?

well definitly more street driver, i would like to keep it as streetable as possible, but at the same time would like to take it to the track every grate once in a while.

My goal as far as time would be breaking in the 11's that would be pretty nice as i know i wouldnt have to go into the really heavy mods and i could knock off the occasional viper on the street, thanks for any other help.

Alky would be the best thing for a street car. Next maybe the exhaust.

11 second goal

With the mod's you have now, you should be close. What times are you running now? With slick type tires and 110 octane gas 110 reds chip it should be at least a low 12 second car now.

For the track, and keeping a mind on budget....

I'd look at getting a line loc and maybe a rear brake cylinder and soft brake pad upgrade. This will help you hold more boost at the line and getting a low 60' is easiest way to lower your 1/4 mile times.

Also, I'd look at getting street slicks (Hoosier QTP's, ET Streets) instead of DR's for the track. These tires will hook much better than DR's at the track, but you should have spare regular tires for the street. Maybe get a second set of used lightweight rims to put the slicks on.

For the airbags, you really only need one but a pair is good if you need to worry about clearance with larger tires.

Removing the front swaybar will help weight transfer for the track. This one is cheap!

Other thing to look at is an upgraded convertor. A cheaper 3" downpipe and an upgraded convertor will probably give you more performance than the downpipe alone. The THDP is good though and a better long term upgrade, but expensive and not necesarily the best bang for the buck on a budget.

Alky is better to upgrade your street combo, but race gas and a race chip is simple, cheap, and works at the track. Keep a spare O2 sensor handy though.

My T went mid 12's on Nittos and 100 octane unleaded with a 100 octane chip. On my ET Streets with race gas and a race chip its a low 12/high 11 sec car.

cool, thanks for all the info.
i have not taken my car to the track yet, i have the s-10 cylinders and soft composite brake shoes on the way (actually scheduled to arrive tomorrow) and i also have a race chip for my 50's so a friend and i will take it to the track to see what it can do.
just looking to see what would be my next step to accomplish my goals.

thanks for all the info, it is all usefull and i do appreciate it.
