no boost,cracked header???

ok just got my driver gn back together and had boost for a week.have not reset cam sensor yet(its close but not right on,I wanted it running and just eyeballed it)anyway i do have a exaust leak at driver header but it doesnt sound that bad,could this cause me to have only about 3 lbs of boost??

No. A minor exhaust leak cannot keep boost down to 3 psi. Check the wastegate to make sure it moves freely and is not stuck wide open.
