hey guys went to the track tongiht and some stuff happend that i want ot see if i can get any ideas. ok i pulled up to the gates with the car and had to get out to pop the truck cause they always check. got back in started the car and noticed all of a sudden i had no lighting behind my aftermarket gauges, no scan tool on and the brake like was on and hard brakes. i sat there for a minute waiting to get in the gates so i could pull over and chekc things out. as i was sitting htere smoke came out from under the hood so i pulled over and shut the car down. i looked under the hood and sice i didnt have the scan toll hooked up i didnt noticed my temps go up since when the lights in the guages went out the ramchargers dual fan shut down to since its inline with everything. i had the power for the guages, scan tool, and fan all going to one line and that was going into a spot in the fuse box that said IGN and alreayd had a wire in it but i saw no fuse to it. i checked it for power and it had none. i removed the wire i had going in there and put it directly to the battery and all that guages, scan tool and fan came back on. the brake light which had been on all this time was finally out so i hopped in to tkae the car home. i then noticed i still had brakes that were rock hard but no brake light. now the whle ride home it felt like i had manual brakes and no assist. the powermaster and all the peices to it are not that old. could this have been a blown fuse?? i cnat understand why i have no brake light on no matter what now?? i figured it would come back on stoping or hitting hte braks but nothing now. any ideas on where i should look once the rain lets up?? thanks guys

Check the 30 amp fuse for the brakes. I'm having powerslut problems and when my fuse blows I don't get a light either, just the rock hard pedal.
