no power after built motor, what could it be?

Hey guys heres the deal.
mods are as followes:
forged crank, rods, je pistons
full throttle speed 224, 224 race cam
RJC girdle, billet center caps
Maf translator
extender extreme chip
72lb injectors
comp springs, lifters,
stock ported heads
PI 3500 LU converter
PTE 67 turbo...
this thing is making crap for power like 250hp @ 15lbs.....
The Headers start to glow bright in 3rd gear....
any Idea whats going on I have the cam sensor set a 25degrees ATDC
I have good compression and AFR is 12.0-12.2
this thing is making me crazy

Valves not sealing? Any backfires? Try a leakdown test. Verify that the pushrod length is correct.

I dont have an EGT gauge I'ts straped down on the dyno right now the wideband shows Air fuel ratio to be good.....everything was new except for the translator.....I did find a collapsed lifter on the #5 cylinder....so I'm pulling the intake back off tomarrow...
