Changed out the Module and Coil with brand new set on a friends car and still have no spark. Even swapped my Module and coil out over to his and still have nothing.

What wires can I probe or what should I look at next?

Don't ask how I know but if its out of gas it will stop firing. I had a car once show over an 1/8th of a tank but was pumping air & not firing the plugs.

The car never "knows" when it's out of gas. The gas tank float/gauge are not tied into the ECM. It certainly won't run without gas but the car doesn't have a clue.

Fuel pump is running for sure so I know it's getting a signal so that part of the start up is working.
Since I know that and still have no spark at the plugs it has to be the crank trigger.
Crank sensor has to be at fault since the ECM needs a trigger for #1 before it's sends a signal to the Module. Right?
This is really strange since he drove it straight home from the dealership and didn't tamper with anything except the melted down module.

Is there a wire that I can probe to see if the ECM is getting a signal from the crank sensor? Or should I probe the module Plug?

Cool. Does the crank trigger just make a complete circuit?Do I ohm the Blk and Green wire?
