No Start

I have a 84 Buick T Type with a 3.8 turbo- it will not start. I bought the car just recently in the middle of a field. The first thing I did was tack the fuel tank off and replace the fuel pump. Still no start. I've checked most of the relays which all seem to be good. I just replaced the coil pack yesterday - still won't start. I tryed the paper clip to get the diagonostic codes and all it flashes is 12. HELP !! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

have you checked fuel pressure, pulled a plug wire and made sure it has spark? Also checked all connections to ECM, starter, etc............are the fuel injectors cycling?????
