I put on the adjustable WG actuator today. What a freakin' easy job...it took me about 10 minutes. I measured the stock rod and tried to match up the new one, but was apparently off a bit.
On the first test run, I hit 23psi in 2nd with 9.2KR.
It took a few turns and a few test runs to get it where I wanted it. I'm settled in on 18psi, with ~775mV and 1.2KR. I actually think I'm going to bring it up to 19psi and see how it looks. I'm running a Cotton's-93 chip with a Walbro 340 and hotwire kit. I have a 237 FPR and Thrasher-92 to put on the car, but I think I'm going to stick with the Cotton's chip for now. Since I don't have much experience with different chips, I can't really compare.
This week, I'm going to get the header crack fixed and try to get a high flow cat on the car instead of the test pipe I was going to use.
I'm running a 3:1 mix of 94 and 100 octane.
Questions...
1. If I run straight 100 octane, will it simple decrease KR or will it affect O2's also?
2. If I decided to run the 237 FPR, could I likely crank up the boost even more, without increasing octane?
Thanks...

So I'm guessing you're still running the stock FPR? Once you start messing with chips & boost settings you really should go with an adj unit. The 237 is better than nothing, but still playing with fire IMO.

Running 100 octane fuel will affect the O2#'s since it takes more "energy" to light it off. Just adding the fuel & not raising boost and/or tweaking the fuel pressure, it'll run a bit richer.

With an adj regulator you can dial in the fuel pressure to optomize the chip/boost/etc.... It's all about the tune & everything needs to work in unison to have a car that runs GREAT versus just OK. :)
