O2 wacky..

put a scanner on my car last nite...02's read 00..as in none,but no ck eng light...then i disconnected the o2 sensor..no ck eng lite...but come on when you start it,and goes out,like it's supposed to...what gives? The car seems to run ok...

drove it with out the 02 unplugged ,and i got a code 13,so the circuit must be ok...

Sounds like its getting weak or is already dead. What's the O2-cross counts doing? and was the car up to full operating temp and in Closed Loop?

I put in a new denso O2 sensor this afternoon,seems to cure my problems...took it to the track tonite,ran better than ever..12:50 at 107,up 4 mph..
