officer needs our help guys

hay guys just went to the stolen buick info section and a police officer has caught a low-life with a gn with no vin plates. IF any of you guys in texas, or that regin had a gn stolen recently or a couple of years back you may want to check-out that section.

I really want to help this officer nail this guy if anyone else knows where we have more vin#'s maybe you can call him or pm him. thanks guys.lets do what we can to help this police officer as much as we can ,

The vin is found in many areas on the vehicle. Did they check all areas of the vehicle?

They will find the VIN

As long as he knows the procedures, the car will be siezed and held for a confidential vin check, which allows for the car to be taken apart and the vin located on certain areas of the car. Not sure on a GN but my 67 GTO had the vin stamped into the frame behind the rear axle. The body of the car has to be removed before it can be seen.

VIN should be stamped on the driver side frame. It should be in the area of the sill plate on the frame it self.

Hey easy now, about 10 years ago there was tagged GN that Tommy bought from the insurance auction. The car was beat to hell any way. I saw the body was actually cut in the area that I mentioned above to find the actual VIN by the state.
