The time is near for the installation of the GN motor but I have a small wiring issue... Please see picts...
If they don't come up please e-mail me so I can send you a password or link to view.

There is a section on the pass. side relay strip that is cut and I don't know what it is for. The others I do know, from left to right (1)The ECS, (2)The mystery gray plug. There is a brown wire that is cut coming off the plug. There is a resistor spliced into the same brown wire coming from the harness with a resistor or something soldered in. Then there are two red leads coming off this. Was this a relay for the fuel pump?
I have a Hot Wire kit and am transplanting this into a Cutlass so I don't have the lead at the taillights where the GN does to plug in the fuel pump. Do I even need this relay as this is a conversion?

The other relays in the pict are the A/C and Map sensor.
If I am wrong on any of these please let me know.
Thanks for the help,
Jason

Do you need a copy of the factory wiring diagram? Since Vacaville is close to sacramento, you could also drive over here and look at my vehicle. Email me and I'll give you a telephone number to call.

That gray plug in your hand is for the fuel pump relay. You will need that so the ECM will prime your fuel pump. Green/white wire comes from ECM, pink/black wire comes from fuse box, gray wire goes to factory fuel pump, black/white wire goes to ground. As for that crazy blue thing that looks like a capacitor (it was probably put in to prime the pump for a few seconds before it decayed, the red wires likely supplied power to it), the wire going to it may be the snipped wire on the gray plug. If it is, toss the cap and resolder it to where it goes. You need a 7125 relay for the fuel pump. The A/C relay won't interchange.

Cool that is what I thought. Thanks fopr all the replies, offers for help and schematics guys!
