Oil cooler adaptor

Would somebody know the torque specs for the oil cooler adaptor, where the oil filter screws onto? Mine just sprung a leak after the mechanic replaced it. It was leak free for 300 miles. Does it need to be retorqued after it heats up and gets a few hundred miles on it? Thanks!

Move the s back where it belongs... should be 18 ft.-lbs. if I read it correctly
