Oil Pressure sending unit

I have a small oil leak from the oil pressure switch. Can I just wrap the threads with teflon, or should I just go ahead and replace it altogether?

just replace it. It's only a few bucks.

I didn't price one yet. I remember doing one on my friend's Supra and it was $70+
