One More Refurbished Cat. Hanger

I have one more nice refurbished cat hanger here. NOT a piece of rusty junk to start with but I do sandblast them, repaint with engine enamal and install a super tuff rubber strap and use all new stainless hardware.
$75 and $15 to package and ship in the lower 48. Please ad the 3% fees if paypaling.
