I was on a plane when this news came out... an 8 hour flight had the PERFECT ending.

They were talking to some officials last night and saying... they wish the person who turned them in did it because of the goodness of their heart... but if they did it for the money, THAT'S OK!

FOX just said that the Centcom briefing that is going to start in 15 minutes "might" show pictures so they warned not to have small kids in the room. Guess my kids are just going to have to stay in bed a little longer...

I think every man woman and child should be educated on who they were, what inhumane things they did and the result they got for this.

I second that emotion. Damn, the Demos are now having to scramble to find someone else to run against Bush, now that Saddam and company has been eliminated. The sickest thing I have heard so far is Charlie Rangle complaining that we have a law against assassinating foreign leaders. Does this guy really believe what he says, or is he really thinking we are that stupid? Hats off to the U.S. and all our current allies for helping deal with a problem that has been ignored for far too long. I wonder if we could do something about Jacque Iraq next? You people are so mean!

I cannot believe you are celebrating the killing of these two men by our military. I mean where does it stop?!! Ok, sure they might have done some bad things, but who are we to judge?? We are supposed to be a forgiving society. And sanctioning the elimination of these two men just because they allegedly killed, what, a couple of thousand people just leads us down the slippery slope to where?

These two guys were victims of their upbringing!!! We should have gently captured them and then set about to show them why most people would view their behavior as maybe outside the norm. If someone would have taken the time to talk to and understand these men, I'm sure they could have unlocked the goodness that surely resided within!! Dr. Phil probably could have done it in less than an hour. Instead the evil military just kills them and you guys celebrate.

I'm sure killing these guys somehow helps rich people and hurts everybody else... especially minorities. Otherwise Bush wouldn't have done it. Where's the fairness? Where is the fairness?

While the world should rejoice in the demise of such a pair of brutal people, I would hope that we would not sink to the level of third world countries. Even if the military were to make the photos available to the people of Iraq, I would hope that the world's journalists wouldn't air them for all to see...... that is something that you could expect from less developed societies. Hopefully we don't tarnish ourselve no matter how badly we might want to see it.

...The Commander in charge was interviewed and he said they wanted them captured and were sneaking up to the house, but people inside started shooting and wouldn't stop , so our guys played their game and shot back...... U.S. only used "Soft" weapons instead of the "Big Stuff" , so it wouldn't damage the local town and people and hoping "Cootie and Booty" would give up , but ....... U.S. had Apache's, F-18's, Tanks ...etc standing by if needed , but choose the "Soft" method.................
