Sorry, no manual. What you get is the OTC 2000 moniter, 3in1 GM, FORD & CHRYSLER cartridge from 1981-1990. Data cable with GM adapter, and cigarette lighter cable. Works perfect. Great for codes and lots of data stream for GrandNational, Turbo TransAm. Cant beat the price if you dont have some kind of scan tool. $60 plus shipping.
