Just got back from a local show Sunday that had the good ole participant voting. Watched these clowns walk by and pick a car without even walking around it. Unreal. Same ole boys getting the same ole trophies. In my opinion it's complete laziness for these organizers to have car owners to vote, not to mention a joke. Get a group of car guys from a local car club, car delaership, auto parts store to be a voting body. Yes I'm writing this after getting beat by a Monte SS with an engine compartment that looked like she took a 5 mile trip down a gravel road and had numerous cigarette burns all over the seats. Just venting but from now on gonna skip these type of shows and only attend large shows with no awards.
