Pepboy tires

Are the Pepboy tires that hook pretty good the old style or the new style?
I have some of the older style that hook but I know they changed the tire.

I have 265/50/15 Pep Boy's Futura Supersport GLS tires on the back of my Limited, I bought them in the spring. They definitely grip better than the old 225's that were on my stock wheels (Obviously, lol), but they still break loose pretty bad once the boost kicks in and into second gear....
They seem to be wearing really well, but I guess that's because I've only put about 1,200 miles on it this year

I use Futura GLS 245-60's on 8" rim back only good street tire.

I'm prejudiced against Pepboys....Because of the poor treatment given their employees called to active duty during Desert Storm....Haven't spent a penny there since. I have a long memory.
