plug wire ???

ok gent's! car 87 gn what are the best spark plug wires?

on the market? and do thay have to be 8.5mm can we use 10.mm i see magnacor has some 10.mm wires are these any good for these cars? should i get life time wires or just replace
each year ? and i was woundering what are the best shift kits for the trany and should i put it in myself or let a shop do this ?

I know there has been much debate over plug wires, and shift kits I'm curious to hear opinions as well............

From what little I know, the Trans-Go stuff is one of the best.
I would be hesitant to go for the all-out kit, as it bangs pretty hard all the time.
When it's time for me to intall a kit, I'm going to stay away from anything that involves drilling or removing too many check (?) balls - but I'm a wimp.
