I have an HKS wastegate in my crossover pipe and a Terry Huston down pipe with the stock wastegate. I am not using the factory solenoid. I would like to know the best way to plumb these two wastegates in order to get the most adjustment possible...13 lbs at lowest setting and 27 at the highest setting. What kind of boost control should I use?

Well, I've never used the two together, but had an HKS in my crossover and it gave me total and accurate boost control. If it were me, I'd run the threaded rod in till the stock gate can't even open and use only the HKS. But, from what you are asking, it seems to me you could set the stock arm to control the 27 psi with the HKS closed, then use the HKS to control boost "down" from there?

Ah, the balancing of the gates...... I have a stock style gate on the TH DP and a Deltagate on the crossover. To simplify, I'd tighten the upper gate (stocker) and limit it's use. It will still open a tad, but you will not rely on it. Mine is tightened like 15 turns! It still opens because by leaving my Deltagate alone, I can still get more boost by tightening the stock wategate rod past 15 turns.
