What does the ass dyno say?

The ASS dyno says no gain BUT the brain dyno says at least 100 hp

Used a Dremell tool , not sure what the bit was I used

Knock the sharp edge off the 90* bend as well. Flip over and take another picture, it’s been a while since I’ve seen one but looks like you still have some work to do.
