Problem with power master brakes

I was out with the car last week and while driving my brake light came on and the brakes got hard as a rock..I shut the car down restarted it and they were fine..A little while late, Same thing, They seem to come back after re start but who wants to take the chance driving like that..All I need is them to go out when I have to stop fast..Any ideas?

That damn thing again! I just put one on last year and the car has only been driven maybe 500 miles since if that..Can you guys remind me of the procedure again? I know you have to pump the brakes a certain amount of times to release the pressure....

Key off pump 10 times to empty system then unscrew the ball.

Ive been debating that! What do you guys think would be the total cost for the setup and where is the best place to get it? I just seen the entire setup on ebay with the fittings and pedal for $299 + $50 shipping
