problems after headliner pro-install

hey guys, kinda of a dumb question here.....i had a new headliner installed in what was supposed to be very good shop. After getting the car back, I notice some indentations above the drip rail (possible thumb indents) and just to the left of each opera window. i do not recall seeing these to this extent before. car is a very nice one and this really bothers me......do you have the same imperfections in these areas, or did I just neglect to notice these before? thanks in advance

I agree with Turbo T/A 1543. Could be where the coat hooks go.

Third photo from the bottom shows the "dips" made from
where the coathangers go with the headliner out of the
car.

thanks for the replies, maybe I was not clear, these dips are on the exterior of the car, these indents are to the left of coat hangars about six inches. i was there for awhile as the new headliner was put in. the guy was really having problems re-installing the interior trim. He was outside of the car reaching in trying to force the side trim in........i heard a lot of pounding while he was putting the front top piece in......i still don't think it is correct, a large gap between front top piece and windshield. I knew that I should of done this myself!!!!!!

I'd try to post pics
Around the 1/4 window there is a factory seam (in front and behind). It usually has an indent or wobble to it.
Same on the front as well.
Post pics before going back and and raising hell with them.
