If you really want to get a 51 or 52 turbo which I definatly dont recomend theres a guy in vb. that is getting ready to step up now ...he has a 51 on his car and is looking to sell it ...its on his car now so it can be checked out

he post on here from time to time as MIB or let me know and I can get you too in contact

RED, why dont you reccomend the 51 or 52? Bad turbo?

I have 50# injectors and wanted to saty out having having them maxed out. What turbo would you recommend with 50#'s?? I would like to see low 11's in race trim and willing to swap torque convertors. I do all my own work so I dont need to worry about labor charges.

Rode in a car with a 52. Liked it. So I'm looking for a 49 to 60.

I ran 11.8's in street trim and 11.3's in race trim with a PTE-52 and 3000rpm stall. It's a fine turbo. Very whistley. I would recommend a 3200rpm stall for it(9/11").

If I could do it over again, it would be a TE45a or a T70 BB. HTH.

I have a 53 and it's nice...Havn't got a change to put some good fuel in it and crank it up, but it kicks on pump gas...Last night I got my best MPH ever and it was on pump gas...the bar was set with race fuel and a race chip, I beat it with my new turbo, street chip, and Sunoco 94.

I have a stock stall, and I pulled a 1.99 60' on regular radials.

It does spool slow, but it saves the radials...I'm gonna put a 3000 stall in it next month.
