Puck alignment on ATR and THDP

Has anyone ever had any trouble with the puck on this two downpipes not covering the wastegate hole completely?
I have a ATR downpipe and it will not cover the hole completely, on my te44 and one of my stock turbos. I tried both for alignment. On the te44 I could only build 7 psi with the wastegate tied shut. Am I the only one that has ever had this problem with this style of downpipe?

I had the same problem, seems like the ATR pipe is a bit diffrent in puck location that the THDP, i had to get a new exh. housing.

I had a problem with my THDP when going to a new TA62 turbo that the hole was enlarged on a bit too big, yeah by me.

Anyway I just enlarged the mounting holes to 3/8" and used washers on the bolts and it aligned okay.

THDP worked fine with the PTE51 with the stock mounting holes.
