Here's the deal. I am in the middle of a tearing the engine down to the short block, The car has 130k on it. The cyl walls look great, I have mint oil pressure, so what I am doing is replacing everything on the front cover and up! I got a new comp cams 212-212 flat tappet w/ lifters, timing chain, roller cam button. Ported and polished big valve heads, grooved using 1007 felpro's. My question is can I use stock pushrods with this cam. Nothing should change with what I am putting on the engine but the cam lift from the stock cam. I wouldnt think I need different pushrods. What do you think?

You will probably be just fine but make sure. Check it out when you put it together.

Can put a mark on the push rod before cranking down the rocker shafts, then see how far it moves after tightening the shaft.

As stated, you should be ok.
I have a similar set-up except my intake and turbo placement are bit different  . Verify your pre-load! I found as much as 0.020 - 0.025 pre-load difference between valves (Yes the installed height was correct and consistent). Your HG may change few things so always good to verify.
