Putting aluminum drums on

So i put on aluminum drums and adjusted the shoes to fit inside the drum,however after putting on the tires the tires won't move. I'm guessing I need different shoes or turn the drums because they must be binding up. Any input if I need different shoes for it to fit. Or what

If you got the drums over the brake shoes,they should go around with the car in nuetral fairly easy.then use adjuster to snugg them a little,unless you beat the drums on no reason for the tires not to spin
 
Or the drums are delaminated. I've seen that plenty of times in the last few years with 30 years old bi metal drums

I might have a different rear end? Or the centerline rims are causing it to bind. I'm just guna go disc and sell them
