Putting motor back together...which gaskets should I use?

I am trying to figure out what I should do as far as gaskets are concerned...I will need new valve cover, intake manifold, header, and head gaskets.

Should I get them from Autozone? The factory intake manifold gasket was some sort of aluminum piece (in which I have never seen before)...do I get that again??? also which headgaskets should I get? I have read most people use Felpro's...

You can get the Felpro intake manifold gasket at autozone. They will get it in for you. I like that better than the metal one.
