Question about Hand gun laws..

I know you can't get a gun with a felony, but what about a mistemeanor?

Class A B, or C???

no felonys and no domestic violence. anything else is ok. also thats for any gun not just handguns.

Well your in TX, so they can refuse it for almost any reason if anything is on your record. Friend was arrested for car theft in 1957, it was a big misunderstanding, the owner of the car went down and talked to the police and he was released...but still had "An arrest with no conviction" on his record and was refused a CHL for an incident 50 years ago!!
