Question for CAS V1 users.

Just bought a V1 from NJTURBO and was wondering if it will go in as easy as a V2 or is some car trimming/bending required?

I have duty today and won't get a chance to look at it untill tomorrow.

Hope it's a good choice for the S2 car.

V1 will drop right in. Its extra volume comes from the xtra rows on the bolttom of the core.

A bought how much taller is it than a V2?

I have a V2. It comes about 5-6 inches short of the bottom of the radiator support. Then there is a tab welded on the core which bolts on to the factory hole that faces forward on the bottom of the rad support.

The last V1 i did was bout 4 years ago. It went all the way down flush with the bottom of the radiator support and then bolted to the bottom of the support.

That's a serious front mount.
I looked at it in his garage for the last year. It makes my PTE FM look like a stocker.
