I was looking into buyin this intake and emailed the company selling it,but nobody has responded. Since my car is almost bone stock, what size pipe would I need, would I need the hole for the MAF sensor? And currently the car has a K&N filter in the stock housing. Would that be the same filter I would need with the new setup (saving me from having to buy a filter with the kit).

The Big Mouth has 4" piping to the maf...it uses a 4" K&N style filter element - completely different than the stock one. YES you will need a hole for the air temp sensor (you said MAF but I think you meant the ATS)
You will have to remove the stock air box to use it.

Steve, I'm Mark Hueffman and I make the cold air kits you are asking about. Never got your email, that is why I didn't reply.:D

Zam pretty much answered your questions. If you are going with one of my kits I also suggest you order a 3" MAF pipe to go with it. It is NOT designed to use the stock dryer duct type intake hose.

Email me and I will answer any other questions you have.
