Just swapped out the PCV valve and wanted to make sure it was seated all the way in. This seemed too easy compared to what others have said, so I am wondering if the valve is all the way in.
It is in the hole and seated about 1 1/2 inches in, up until the diameter changes on the valve. Is that all the way in? It seemed easy and pretty much fell into the hole. Would a code or something let me know if it was not all the way in?:p

It should be in as long as the fat part is bottomed out then your good mine was easy to install before I changed the grommet now its a pain in the a**

Thanks, mine should be good. Why did you change the grommet? I wonder if that was why people were having issues installing the valve. It seemed a lot easier than the thermostat.

I changed my just because i had the intake off and thought it was a good idea then i went to put the valve in and almost pushed the grommet through it was a pain
