Ramcharger fans???

Hey im wondering is the wiring harness a neccessity when you buy the fans or can you just splice them into the stock ones without that harness or is it just easier to have that thing.

I am sure it is possible, but it was way easier to just plug and play. Ramchargers often has a sale on the fans that includes a free harness adaptor - that is when I bought mine.

Get the plug and play. It makes it look factory and why risk screwing up your stock wiring.

If not using the harness, you have to combine some of the wires together since the RC fans are dual and the stocker was a single fan. The instructions can be found here by doing a search, I remember reading several posts detialing how to combine the wires when I installed mine, but I recommend as others, get the plug n play harness, much easier and factory looking. Call RC, they'll probably give it to you since they have the sale with them all the time with the free harness, if they don't want to, then tell them you'll find a fan elsewhere

I have done it both ways, and I'm sure you'll like the plug and play much better.
