Not that I or anyone else really minds, but how often must we be required to log into the forum? It seems practically every other day. It is starting to get annoying.:frown: Why this much security, if, that is what it is called?

I had same issue & the culpret was my browser.

I use FireFox and when I click my bookmark it takes me to the tech forum already signed in. MS explorer sucks.

I have Verizon MSN, OK, nuff said! I was on phone yesterday with their tech for over half over cleaning up my system. Was so slow, it was heading in reverse. Speed is much better now. However, with all the improvement, when I tried to go to our site a few hours ago, it was asking, once again, for user name and password. This has been happening way too often. Don't know if I can blame the browser on this end. I think it has something to do with the sites software security.

It is in your browser settings. Probably "cookies" or you are set to delete your history and temporary internet files.
I havent had to login for over a year. I am using Firefox as my browser. HTH

go to TOOLS
click on INTERNET OPTIONS
uncheck DELETE BROWSING HISTORY ON EXIT

Nothing wrong with MS Explorer. Just have to know how to use it. Might try MS Exp 8 It works. Doesn't hurt to UNCHECK delete browsing history on exit.
I'm always logged in.

Gave Firefox a chance a couple months ago, ran it for several weeks and finally had to ditch it. Just couldn't put up with all the freezes/frozen screeens, etc.

BTW guys, this is the WRONG forum for this. There is nothing Turbo Buick tech related about this. Hopefully the moderators will move it.
