Well with my old 99' Sierra Z71 topping 300K miles I was starting to see some rust in the cab corners, it still ran perfect but with the tires worn out I decided to go with something new. I decided on this 09' Sierra Denali AWD, I am really happy with it, and it's 403HP L9H and 6L80E supply enough factory unmodified power to keep me at bay atleast until the warranty is up. Though this did not keep me from wrapping the GMC logos in 3M dinoc and tinting the windows, now if I would only take the time to remove the nasty stainless panels the previous owners installed...... It should look great in the spring when I hook it up with the GN.

I have one also and love it,The only things I have done was I did a side exit exhaust with dual tips behind the rear tire.I didn't like the one tip exhaust straight out the back,I did a cold air intake,and a custom tune,it woke it up big time.I love it but gas mileage sucks.

I get 18 with it on the highway with a heavy foot, it sure beats the hell out of the 14 I used to get with my old truck on 33s ;-)

09' Is the first year they started doing flex fuel. I think it has something like 50# injectors in it.

Haha I guess that would be like a thunder coupe. looked at the fords but they feel really cheap and chinsy to me and I wanted to stay gm.

This is real close to a GN lol. Buddy has one and man with a few light mods the thing rocks for a truck! Love the Denali though they are very nice trucks was looking at the new 2500 Diesel version for my wife its really easy to make more power with as well.
