I'm reposting the question, because I didn't make myself clear the first time.

The turbo on the car is gutted, no turbine or compressor! Just the housings and the middle section with a bolt through it, with washers and RTV.

Ok, I'm smogging my car. I needed to use the stock turbo -- I shoulda used a new oil gasket, but I didn't and it leaks -- alot. I was thinkin' of blocking the oil into the turbo, but before I do that I wanna know where the oil goes. Would blocking it prevent it from getting to other important places??? Does all the oil pass through the turbo, then filter or something like that? (Which would be bad for my terrible idea.)

This is just a quick fix idea...I just need to go get it smogged -- of course, I'll be too lazy to put my old turbo back on for at least a week.

The pressurized oil comes thru the filter into the front cover going into the lower left portion of the block. The oil flows up a galley to block boss (on its way to the main and cam galleys) were a square Brass fitting is attached. The Oil Pressure sender is attached to the side of this fitting and the Turbo feed line is attached to the end. Plugging the Turbo feed port should have no effect on anything as long as the Turbo housing is gutted and nothing is spinning. This providing you can get to it;) Your prob going to have to lower the fuel pressure to clean it up for testing.
