Rim size vs. tire size

If you run the same size tire at all 4 corners, would it make any visual difference if the size of the front rims were 7" and the rears were 8"?

well as long as the back two wheels are the same height. So both wheels rotate evenly as long as it does not cause rearend wear.

I would think you might only see a very slight difference in tire width and possibly sidewall appearence.
