My cousin works for a newspaer and ended up with several tickets left over and invited us to go last night. I watched the show and had forgotten some of the top contestants would be part of the show, I was not really looking forward to going, but my wife was.
We got there and Toby Rands band opened, then Delana and Magny played a handful of songs, I think her new album will be pretty cool. Her set though was all acoustic..probably because Supernova didn't want to be blown off the stage I suspect
Then Dave Navarro's band, Panic Channel really rocked, much different type of music than I had heard him play before..I'm going to download a few of their songs, they definitely blew SN off the stage. (beside's Dave drives a GN ). I was glad I went up to this point since I didn't realize all the opening bands that would be there.
Supernova was pretty much a bore except for the minute or two that Tommy came out from behind the drums and all the ladies started flashing boobs everywhere What a lame singer they selected, I predict there will be no 2nd album from those guys.
Sure glad I didn't have to spend money to see that show.
