Roller Rocker question

[RICHIE HIGH PSI]

I installed t&d roller rockers and when i am setting them up it feels like a few of my lifters are not "pumped up"
Three of them felt a little soft on the top.
Like i could push them down a little.
Is this a problem?

Just finished adjusting a set of T&D's and a few rockers were as you described. Runs fine so far.
