Looks good to me. Dont know about the waste gate and if you have ATR style headers i would be concerned with clearence issues there. Other wise, looks good.

I wonder what the quality is like.

Makes me wonder why these guys are the first to put out an external gated downpipe. I know we have been asking our vendors for a while with no luck. I would use one on a car Im putting together if I hadnt already bought a Stainless 3". I wonder if I can unload the 3" for a price close to what I paid?
