Hello all,

I'm asking everyone say a prayer for Spain for the their horrible terror attacks that occured yesterday. I'm not asking this because I'm in Europe. I'm asking this because these people are going thru the same thing that we all did on a Tuesday morning. It's unsure exactly who did this, but it doesn't make it any less disgusting.

I hadn't seen any threads started about this, so I thought I would. Please don't turn this into a political circus.

Thank you.

I will say a prayer for the innocents who lives were taken from them by these terrorist and I will also pray for vengence to be quick and just.

To all these terrorist: Your time is coming!!!!!! Get Ready

I hope Spain picks another terrorist filled country to bomb the hell out of now.

"You kill life, why?

What goes around comes around, you better realize.
You kill life, you kill life...why, why?
How long can you hide?
How long can you live with your soul-bleed?

...when I put your sorry a$$ in a package,
you piece of $h!t, sealed and delivered from a savage.
And now you sweat because you're goin' down
you envious clown...f***in' bleed!"

'Bleed' by Soulfly

That song helped me on September 11th and is just as valid today. I did not know about Spain's troubles, thank you for posting.

Eye for an eye.

The Spanish media has known of links between ETA and Al Qaeda since BEFORE september 11, 2001.

Hopefully, this tragedy will be a wake up call for the Europeans.

In a civilized society, its pretty easy to kill massive amounts of civilians. Only finding and destroying those that will do us harm will prevent future tragedies.

i was reading an article somewhere, and spain or some spainish newspaper was calling this bombing 'our September 11th'

i dont think that is right, for them to call it that, because they havent lost anywhere near the amount of innocent lives as we did that faithful mourning. i just dont think its fair to compair the two, we did suffer a lot more then they have

that probably made me sound like an ass huh?

oh well, its still horrible, and i hope they (spain) persues whoever did this, and gives him their full punishment.

Yes, you're right in many aspects. But that doesn't take away from the fact that this was a horrible attack on innocent people. Millions of Spaniards are on the streets tonight in protest of what really needs to be protested... TERRORISM.

Still, as political of an event as this is, I don't think that is the point at this time. Hundreds of people were killed and thousands injured. For those who died for doing nothing more then going to work on a Thursday morning, I think a prayer should be said for them and their families.

We'll talk politics later.
