Your iac being 0 means your ECM is trying to close the iac air passage all the way to lower your idle. With the idle at 900 and iac at 0 means there is unmetered air coming from somewhere.
Disclaimer** I am not a guru and could be totally wrong. I just did a lot of reading when I had similiar situation. Good luck

But then again your block learn is low indicating a rich condition which I think rules out a vacuum leak.
These cars are so damn confusing. Haha good luck.

I think the blue top is 36 lb. maybe pull your chip and make sure it's made for them

New Scanmaster readings after adjusting TPS sensor..I set it at .38 and adjusted IAC..I went for a drive and these were my numbers. I was cruising at 60 MPH

I've been told that the TR6 will go into a lean cruise mode. I don't have a wideband O2 setup but I'm assuming that since by BLMs are on the high end of normal that the TR6 would be the cause. Just a theory. Any other advice?

what would be perfect numbers for scan tool ?on stock 86 gn
The only perfect number worth striving for is 0 knock. All other numbers should fall into an acceptable range (see attached). You'll drive yourself nuts if you get hung up on hitting a certain number.
