Seal tabs for head studs

I'm right in the middle of a rebuild and see another peice of info on head studs and preventing them from leaking coolant.

Can someone tell me about the GM seal tabs and if I should install them or simply follow the instructions provided in another thread that says to use Loctite thread sealant?

Use the ARP thread sealant and don't look back. I've used GMS (RTV) and other things, and this works the best.
