Sealing Kenne Bell Valve covers

I pair of Kenne Bell Valve covers. I replaced the valve cover gaskets but it still leaks. It does not leak or seep around gaskets. The leak is around where the bolts are. Not a big leak at all but would like to know how to stop it. I have already retorque the bolts. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
