Can anybody tell me what the names of the three sensors that go into the front of the intake manifold on an 86/87 Turbo buick are?

One provides coolant temperature information to the ECM. This one is located in the front of the intake manifold to the right of the thermostat housing if you are facing the engine. It has a two wire connection (one yellow and one black).

One provides the signal for the coolant overtemperatue idiot light on the dash. This is located in the front of the intake manifold to the left of the thermostat housing if you are facing the engine. It is a single wire spade type connector (can't find the wire color, sorry).

One controls the fan delay relay. This is located in the top of the intake manifold and stands straight up to the right of the throttle body if you are facing the engine. It has a single wire (dark green with yellow stripe) connected to it through a squeeze type connector.

Sorry - you asked for their names, not what they do.

The first is the "Coolant Temperature Sensor". The second is the "Coolant Temperature Switch". The third is the "Coolant Fan Temperature Switch".
